Floyi’s Audience Insights Tool allows you to create and refine detailed buyer personas effortlessly. By understanding your audience’s demographics, interests, challenges, and purchasing habits, you can tailor your content strategy to connect with their needs and drive results.

How Does Audience Insights Work?

The Audience Insights tool helps you:

  • Generate customized buyer personas aligned with your brand.
  • Gain deep insights into each persona’s demographics, goals, challenges, values, fears, and information sources.
  • Adjust personas over time as your audience or strategy evolves.

How to Generate Buyer Personas

Follow these steps to create buyer personas:

  1. Optional Preferences: Enter any additional information or preferences to customize your personas:
    • Gender (e.g., female, male)
    • Age Group (e.g., children, adults)
    • Income Bracket (e.g., wage earners, executives)
    • Other relevant preferences for your brand.
      Note: If you don’t have specific preferences, you can skip this step.
  2. Set the Number of Personas: Use the scroll bar to select the number of buyer personas you want to generate (1–5).
  3. Generate Personas: Click ‘Generate Buyer Personas’ to create your personas.
    • Note: Generating personas uses credits, with costs varying based on the AI model selected.

Understanding Buyer Personas

The generated personas will appear at the bottom of the screen, marked with “(New)” for easy identification.

When you expand a buyer persona, you’ll see the following details:

  • Name: The persona’s name.
  • Age: The age of the customer.
  • Gender: The gender of the customer.
  • Job Title: The persona’s occupation.
  • Income per Year: Their estimated yearly earnings.
  • Location: Where they are based.
  • Goals: Objectives and aspirations driving their decision-making.
  • Pain Points: Challenges or frustrations they face.
  • Values: Principles and beliefs that guide their behavior.
  • Fears: Concerns influencing their decisions.
  • Information Sources: Platforms and channels they use for research.
  • Objections: Reasons they might hesitate to make a purchase.
  • Quotes: Statements reflecting their attitudes or beliefs.

How to Edit Buyer Personas

You can refine existing personas to align with your updated strategy:

  1. Click the Edit Button
    • Access the persona you want to modify.

  1. Update the Information
    • Edit any of the following fields:
      • Name
      • Age
      • Gender
      • Job Title
      • Income per Year
      • Location
      • Goals
      • Pain Points
      • Values
      • Fears
      • Information Sources
      • Objections
      • Quotes
  2. Save Changes
    • Click the ‘Save’ button (highlighted in green) at the top-right corner of the persona tile.

How to Delete Buyer Personas

To delete one or more buyer personas:

  1. Select Personas
    • Check the box on the persona tile(s) you want to delete.
  2. Delete Personas
    • Click the ‘Delete Selected Persona’ button that appears.
    • Confirm the deletion to remove the selected persona(s).
